What this role involves:
  • Collaborating with other Account Managers on various accounts.
  • Managing customer relationships with a focus on commercial growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving commercial discussions and meeting strategic and financial targets.
  • Prioritizing and managing short and long-term projects.
  • Serving as a feedback loop for customers internally.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role (e.g., account management, consulting).
  • Experience in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services is a plus.
  • Passion for developing strong working relationships with customers.
  • Eagerness to identify commercial opportunities and drive discussions.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness for some domestic and international travel.
