Adyen is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to contribute to building the world's best financial technology platform. This role requires someone with experience in Learning & Development, ready to set a new standard for creating lasting business impact beyond traditional learning methods.
Role involves:
Defining, building, executing, and measuring the impact of ‘learning in the flow of work’.
Collaborating with senior leadership to understand business needs.
Building a community of senior leaders who role model this approach to learning.
Partnering with L&D Program Managers and Specialists to build cohesive learning journeys.
Building the experience of ‘learning in the flow of work’ in the LMS.
Facilitating learning events across multiple audiences (15-20% of the time).
Requirements:
8+ years of Learning & Development experience from a global tech / scale-up environment.
Experience building end-to-end learning journeys.
A thought leader driving impactful learning solutions based on long-term goals.
Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
Role modeling a growth mindset.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
Strong strategic skills.
