Elite Technology is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for Account Managers and Executives. The role involves engaging with decision-makers in law firms via phone and email to build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting Velocity: Work through lists of prospects, delivering value statements.
Outbound Prospecting: Engage prospects through cold calls and emails.
Appointment Setting: Secure high-quality meetings between potential clients and salespeople.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up on leads and re-nurture them.
CRM Management: Maintain records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
Resource Awareness: Redirect customers to appropriate support resources.
Product Knowledge: Self-learn about product platforms and value propositions.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in outbound sales development or lead generation, preferably in B2B software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
Understanding of legal workflows (preferred).
Familiarity with cold outreach strategies.
Previous experience in a quota-driven sales environment is a plus.
