Zenvia is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Solution Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is a strategic link between the sales team and clients, deeply understanding their business needs in sectors like finance, healthcare, insurance, education, and utilities, and translating these challenges into high-value technical solutions. The executive will present and defend proposals directly to clients, shaping partnerships and contributing to company growth.

Role involves:

  • Developing and conducting product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POC)
  • Participating in client meetings as a technical expert
  • Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation
  • Collaborating with development and support teams
  • Providing feedback on company products
  • Participating in industry events

Requirements:

  • Residency in São Paulo, Brazil
  • Solid experience in pre-sales of SaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development practices
  • Ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
