Zenvia is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Solution Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is a strategic link between the sales team and clients, deeply understanding their business needs in sectors like finance, healthcare, insurance, education, and utilities, and translating these challenges into high-value technical solutions. The executive will present and defend proposals directly to clients, shaping partnerships and contributing to company growth.
Role involves:
- Developing and conducting product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POC)
- Participating in client meetings as a technical expert
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation
- Collaborating with development and support teams
- Providing feedback on company products
- Participating in industry events
Requirements:
- Residency in São Paulo, Brazil
- Solid experience in pre-sales of SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices
- Experience with agile methodologies and software development practices
- Ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
