Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Analytics Team in Gothenburg. The successful candidate will work within the R&D organization, collaborating with talented engineers, linguists, and data scientists to solve challenging data analytics tasks in large distributed systems. This role involves developing AI solutions that interact with the Recorded Future Intelligence Graph and Platform, focusing on scalability and quality.Role involves:

• Solving complex problems related to vast data volumes and real-time analysis.
• Collaborating with product teams to deliver expected results.
• Designing, developing, and deploying software to support new and existing features.
• Measuring and evaluating features and system metrics to improve data quality.
• Utilizing annotation teams to create high-quality datasets.
• Supporting DevOps and MLOps activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with data analytics and data processing.
• Strong coding skills in Scala, Java, and/or Python.
• Experience in API development.
• Ability to architect and develop solutions to ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong English skills.
