Job Description
OffSec is seeking an experienced APAC Head of Channels and Alliances to lead the growth of its partner ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves architecting and executing a high-impact partner program across multiple partner types, including resellers, training providers, systems integrators, and OEM content collaborators. The ideal candidate will build and lead the regional partner GTM strategy, align with global functions, and drive pipeline and revenue growth through scalable, high-value partner engagements. This is a critical leadership role for expanding OffSec's enterprise footprint and accelerating growth through partner leverage in key APAC markets.
Role involves:
- Defining and leading OffSec’s APAC channel and alliances strategy.
- Building and executing scalable programs across Resellers, Training Partners, Transformation Partners, and Content/OEM Partners.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners.
- Driving joint GTM motions with strategic partners to generate new opportunities.
- Establishing partner KPIs and governance frameworks.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key regional partners and internal executives.
- Identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities across new territories, sectors, and partner types.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a senior partner/channel leadership role in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software company.
- Proven track record of building high-performing partner ecosystems across diverse geographies and cultures within APAC.
- Deep understanding of partner sales models.
- Experience designing and operationalizing partner programs that scale across multiple tiers and types.
- Strong business acumen with ability to align partner motions with complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using data and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related postgraduate education is a plus.
- Experience working in a fully remote, international environment is highly desirable.
