Blockchain.com is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager and Cayman Islands MLRO to contribute to their compliance program. This role involves risk assessment, policy development, and regulatory analysis for the Group, along with serving as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the Blockchain.com Cayman Islands entity.Blockchain.com is the world's leading software platform for digital assets. - Acting as the main point of contact with regulatory bodies.
- Reviewing and updating AML/CTF processes.
- Supporting reporting on compliance risk indicators.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Conducting regular risk assessments.
- Overseeing regulatory reporting requirements.
- Managing the UK marketing materials review process.
- Maintaining accurate records of AML/CTF checks.
- Participating in new product development.
- Collaborating with the global Compliance team.
- Working on global compliance related projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML/CTF and compliance.
- At least 2 years working in the FinTech or payment services industry.
- Experience dealing with regulators, auditors and bank partners.
- In-depth understanding of AML/CTF regulations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments.
- Interest and experiences in crypto currency and regulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
