Program Analyst II, Institutional Markets

Job Description

Global Atlantic Financial Group is seeking a Program Analyst II to join its Institutional business in Bermuda. The role involves supporting capital initiatives, preparing budgets, and assisting with special projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in (Re)insurance and project management. Knowledge of Life Insurance products and strong MS Excel skills are preferred. The candidate should also possess the ability to handle competing timelines and have strong communication skills.Responsibilities:

• Oversee Institutional and Third-Party capital initiative project management
• Support capital call process for Block deals and Monthly Flow
• Prepare Budgets & expense analysis for multiple third-party capital vehicles
• Support coordination & preparation of board meeting materials for multiple vehicles
• Assist in special projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2+ years of experience in (Re)insurance and project management
• Knowledge of Life Insurance products preferred
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to handle competing timelines
• Strong communication skills

Global Atlantic offers:

• Base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 USD
