Tomofun is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist to join their team and drive the development of innovative AI services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and structure of AI data that powers the company's models.Responsibilities:

• Accurately label images, audio, and video data, focusing on pet-related activities, sounds, identification, and breed classification.
• Manage and assign annotation tasks to meet daily targets and timelines.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and resolve potential bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain clear annotation guidelines and standards.
• Train new annotators on tools, techniques, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with R&D to refine labeling processes.
• Conduct reviews to ensure annotation consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in monitoring model performance through annotated data feedback.
• Uphold data integrity and adhere to security best practices.

Requirements:

• Highly interested, sensitive, attentive, and observant when working with AI data.
• Prior experience with AI/ML data labeling (image, audio, or video) is a plus.
• A pet lover or pet owner—definitely a bonus.
• Passionate about AI technology and hands-on with AI tools—strongly preferred.
