KnowBe4 is seeking a Customer Success Manager (SMB) in Melbourne, Australia. The Customer Success Manager will build relationships with customers and maximize their lifetime value. They will deliver a great customer experience and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and value.
Responsibilities:
- Forge relationships with new customers.
- Develop a strategy for achieving customer objectives.
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Monitor customer usage and health metrics.
- Conduct periodic business reviews.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate customer renewals.
- Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas.
- Maintain account administration in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
- Experience with web browsers.
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
