Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Customer Success Manager (SMB) in Melbourne, Australia. The Customer Success Manager will build relationships with customers and maximize their lifetime value. They will deliver a great customer experience and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and value.

Responsibilities:
  • Forge relationships with new customers.
  • Develop a strategy for achieving customer objectives.
  • Manage the onboarding process.
  • Monitor customer usage and health metrics.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience.
  • Coordinate customer renewals.
  • Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas.
  • Maintain account administration in the CRM.

Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Experience with web browsers.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
