Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Principal Data Science Manager to lead data science initiatives. The ideal candidate will shape the product development strategy and integrate data-driven insights into cybersecurity solutions. This role involves leading a team of data scientists and engineers to develop AI solutions and enhance product offerings. The Principal Data Science Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define project goals, and ensure the delivery of results. They will also champion best practices in data science and provide mentorship to team members.
Role involves:
- Leading a data science team.
- Translating strategic goals into operational plans.
- Developing AI solutions.
- Designing and deploying Generative AI models.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Mentoring team members.
Requirements:
- BS plus 12 years experience, MS plus 10 years experience, or Ph.D. plus 8 years experience.
- 8 years experience managing data science teams.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data science.
- Expertise in Generative AI.
- Experience with Foundation model fine-tuning and RAG development.
- Hands-on experience with Transformers, LLMs deployments and Vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting.
