Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a User Education Specialist II to join their User Education team. This role is crucial to Everlaw’s mission of educating users and providing a world-class learning experience. The User Education Specialist will become an expert in the Everlaw platform and a trusted resource for users, working directly with legal professionals and government agencies to enhance their understanding of Everlaw.

The User Education Specialist will develop educational content, deliver live learning sessions, and collaborate with partners to ensure users realize value and discover truth using Everlaw. The role involves:

• Becoming an expert in the Everlaw platform.
• Delivering tailored live learning sessions for Everlaw users.
• Collaborating with partners to ensure an amazing learning experience.
• Building and evolving the library of user training resources.
• Implementing new user training tools and technology.

Everlaw requires:

• 2+ years of experience in delivering training, managing learning experiences, maintaining resources, and developing educational content.
• Comfort teaching technology with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
