Job Description
Alpaca, a brokerage infrastructure technology company, is seeking a motivated B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team. The BDR will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads and setting appointments.
  • Lead Generation through outbound prospecting
  • Qualifying leads to determine their potential as sales opportunities
  • Scheduling qualified appointments and demos for the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a BDR role, preferably in software or financial services sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
