Job Description
Alpaca, a brokerage infrastructure technology company, is seeking a motivated B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team. The BDR will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads and setting appointments.
- Lead Generation through outbound prospecting
- Qualifying leads to determine their potential as sales opportunities
- Scheduling qualified appointments and demos for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a BDR role, preferably in software or financial services sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
