Job Description
Thumbtack is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Express team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customer-centric experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using research to guide design decisions. This role involves owning projects from start to finish and measuring success through data and user research.
Role involves:
- Designing customer-centric experiences with measurable business impact
- Partnering with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
- Leading product visions and shaping the product roadmap
- Developing design solutions and using research to guide decisions
- Rapidly producing concepts and prototypes
- Testing, learning, and iterating on designs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio showcasing impactful projects and design process
- Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills
- Ability to balance high-quality craft with agility
- Understanding of how work impacts users and the business
- Experience designing customer experiences that drive growth
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
