Altium is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Shenzhen. The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in building and optimizing CI/CD processes, streamlining automation efforts, and ensuring a resilient and scalable service infrastructure. The role involves close collaboration with software development departments and active participation in project management and strategic planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and continuously optimizing CI/CD processes.
- Streamlining automation efforts for server provisioning and application deployment.
- Building a resilient and scalable service infrastructure.
- Deploying, monitoring, and scaling application services.
- Mentoring team members and driving knowledge sharing.
- Participating in project management and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE environment.
- 6+ years of experience working with Linux and Windows systems.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of cloud infrastructure components such as AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, Opensearch, S3, Storage, Route53 and network appliances).
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as a Code approach (Terraform preferred).
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.
- Good understanding of microservice architecture.
- Good experience in Monitoring k8s clusters, APM, services and infrastructure located in AWS (NewRelic).
- Ability to create automation tools in Go, Python, Bash, Powershell.
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery tools used with microservices.
