Job Description
Vaco is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support their Sales Director and client delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (French & English), highly organized, and tech-savvy, with a client-first mindset. The role is based in Montréal, Quebec, Canada, and operates on a hybrid model, requiring two days in the office.
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in crafting presentations, coordinating events, and supporting brand-aligned sales initiatives. This position requires someone who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and serve as a communication hub between various teams and external stakeholders.
Role Involves:
- Providing operational and administrative support to the Sales Director and client leads.
- Maintaining client platforms and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting in the design and customization of sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborating with marketing to coordinate client communications and events.
- Organizing client-facing events and internal team initiatives.
- Supporting onboarding of consultants and clients, coordinating paperwork and documentation.
- Coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and tracking sales pipeline.
- Monitoring contract renewals and compliance tasks.
- Serving as a communication liaison between various teams and stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance sales workflows and streamline internal coordination.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, client services, or executive support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Knowledge of Salesforce, VMS platforms, or marketing tools is a plus.
- Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or branding is a strong asset.
