Job Description
Forter is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Solution Consultant to join their team in London. This role is pivotal in communicating and demonstrating the value of Forter's solutions, owning all technical aspects of the sales cycle. The Senior Solution Consultant will collaborate with a high-performing sales team to understand customer needs, define priorities, and develop value-based use-cases and account engagement strategies. They will leverage their technical and business skills, working with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, R&D, and Product Management teams.Role involves:
  • Presenting solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Delivering technical insights for business questions.
  • Articulating Forter’s integration technology.
  • Defining and presenting solutions architecture.
  • Delivering solution messaging to highlight Forter's value proposition.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with an enterprise B2B product.
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry and/or cloud technologies and APIs within e-commerce.
  • Superior analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proven analysis and problem-solving expertise.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience delivering presentations to senior-level audiences.
  • Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly.
