Audience Manager

Job Description

Annalect EMEA is seeking an Audience Manager to join their team in London. The Audience Manager will play a crucial role in developing audiences based on various platforms and data sources. They will interrogate data sources to derive insights, support audience creation, and curate insights from local markets. The role involves managing the development of a global audience catalogue for client brands and overseeing the audience creation process.Responsibilities:

• Insight development and curation to support audience development and validate targeting.
• Develop and maintain the audience catalogue for client brands.
• Audience development, activation, including testing of audience implementation and troubleshooting.
• Provide guidelines and best practices to local market planning and activation teams to implement defined audience segments.
• Optimize segments to maximize performance and track campaign progress.
• Ensure cross-market pollination of best practices.
• Continual roadmap of audience development.
• Potential data evaluations, retro tests to validate new data prior to live campaigns.
• Suitable collaboration tool with ticketing system (such as Jira).

Requirements:

• Ability to present data and insights in a meaningful and impactful way.
• Able to define and create addressable audiences from various data sources and insights.
• Familiarity with digital tracking technologies (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs).
• Hands-on experience with DSPs, ad & data platforms, DCR and CDP.
• Experience using website analytics packages (GA, Adobe Stack).
• Familiarity with statistical methodologies.
• Experience with big data and cloud technologies (AWS, Redshift, S3, Hadoop, Starburst) is preferred.
• Ability to read and modify code in JavaScript, SQL, R is preferred.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Hive.
• Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
