Job Description
Annalect EMEA is seeking a Consumer Intelligence Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing audiences based on available data platforms, interrogating data sources to derive insights, and curating insights from local markets. This role involves managing the development of a global audience catalog for client brands and overseeing the audience creation process.Role involves:
  • Strategic partnership for audience creation and optimization.
  • Creating audience insights, including market and audience sizing.
  • Developing and curating insights to support audience development.
  • Global audience creation with local market execution.
  • Educating local teams on data tool solutions.
  • Providing guidelines and best practices for audience segment implementation.
  • Ensuring cross-market pollination of best practices.
Requirements:
  • Ability to define and create addressable audiences from various data sources.
  • Ability to present data and insights in a meaningful way.
  • Experience with marketing and media-related data sources.
  • Understanding of propensity model development and statistical segmentation algorithms.
  • Analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data solutions.
  • Familiarity with website analytics packages and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
