Annalect is seeking an Advanced Analytics Manager to oversee and manage advanced audience creation. The role involves assessing program effectiveness, reviewing consistency of adoption, and spreading best practices. The Advanced Analytics Manager will maintain the audience and insight development roadmap, providing hands-on data and analytics support while collaborating across the organization. This position also includes coaching and mentoring, with extended partnership across various disciplines and markets.

The role is part of a team of audience insights specialists crucial in understanding audience behavior and preferences, utilizing consumer data, analysis, and MarTech within Omnicom's proprietary platform, Omni.

Role Involves:

  • Global audience creation with local market execution.
  • Developing custom audiences and audience activation.
  • Programme management and data governance.
  • Insight development and curation.
  • Strategic recommendations for programme effectiveness.
  • Data exploration, test design, and validation.
  • Project management and prioritization.
  • Team mentoring, development, and management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Marketing and Media related data sources and technology.
  • Strong advertising technology subject matter expertise.
  • Advanced understanding of data analysis, marketing campaign strategy, and insight generation.
  • Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data.
  • Familiarity with modelling techniques.
  • Ability to generate a powerful storyline from data.
  • Coding experience like SQL, Python, R a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign analytics, and measurement is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
