Fortra is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead teams in delivering marketing programs that align with business and sales goals. This role involves overseeing and guiding marketing initiatives for multiple product lines to drive sales, reporting to the General Managers of the business units.
Lead and develop marketing managers.
Oversee strategy for product line teams.
Research best practices for lead generation.
Develop budgets and performance targets.
Integrate acquired companies into the portfolio.
Explore new market segments with GMs and sales leaders.
Guide positioning and messaging.
Maintain and grow brand position.
Oversee product launches.
Report quarterly to the executive team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
5+ years of people management/leadership experience.
8+ years of sales/marketing experience in a B2B tech organization.
7+ years of digital marketing experience.
Experience with web platforms, marketing automation, and ABM.
Experience marketing in North America, Latin America, Europe, and/or Asia.
Strong project and personnel management skills.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
