Job Description
Brinqa is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with its key enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, optimizing the adoption of Brinqa's solutions, and driving upsell, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities. The Strategic Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to cybersecurity leaders, ensuring clients realize significant business value from their investment in Brinqa.This role involves:
  • Owning the commercial relationship with assigned strategic accounts.
  • Driving customer satisfaction through effective adoption of Brinqa solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
  • Supporting customer renewals to ensure long-term customer value.
  • Building executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Developing account plans aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities.
  • Tracking customer health metrics and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Advocating for customer needs internally.
Brinqa requires:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers in cybersecurity, IT risk, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention, upsell, and expansion goals.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong account planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience using Salesforce and other customer engagement tools.
  • Prior experience in a cybersecurity software company.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Renewals, and Product Management.
