Job Description
Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking an Associate Principal to join their Transfer Pricing practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide world-class consulting services to companies across various industries. The Associate Principal will work closely with project leaders, contributing to all phases of the tax cycle, including planning, documentation, and tax valuation. They will also be involved in audit defense, litigation support, and alternative dispute resolution.

Role Involves:

  • Designing and directing advanced empirical, theoretical, and strategic analyses.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Trade Policy, Business Economics, or related quantitative discipline, with 8+ years of relevant work experience (consulting experience preferred; CPA or CFA preferred).
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's or non-MBA Master's degree in the disciplines noted above, with 10+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial/economic analysis (consulting experience preferred; CPA or CFA preferred).
  • Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies.
  • Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills (including strong Excel skills).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
