Bondora, a rapidly growing financial technology company, is seeking a Recovery Manager to lead and transform its debt recovery operations in the Estonian market. The Recovery Manager will play a crucial role in driving recovery strategies, managing the default portfolio, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Role involves:

• Establishing and driving the debt recovery process in Estonia.
• Managing the default portfolio.
• Leading and implementing strategies to optimize recovery rates.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners.
• Staying updated on market trends and legal requirements.
• Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in debt recovery within the Estonian market.
• In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in optimizing recovery workflows and managing NPL portfolios.
• Strong negotiation skills and an established network with DCAs and bailiffs.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recovery data.
