Ouihelp is seeking an Administrative and Financial Management Officer to join their growing Administrative Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to invoicing, payroll, and administrative support. This role involves working within a team of six and requires alignment with Ouihelp's values of balancing growth with social impact, combining high standards with kindness, and committing to a close-knit team.

The Administrative and Financial Management Officer role involves:

  • Invoicing beneficiaries, including issuing invoices, recording payments, and managing corrections.
  • Processing payroll for caregivers, including issuing pay slips, processing salary payments and managing corrections
  • Handling monthly declarations for withholding tax for caregivers.
  • Processing CESU payments and ensuring their accounting follow-up.
  • Supporting agencies in improving billing reliability and handling issues raised by caregivers or beneficiaries.
  • Actively participating in process optimization and ensuring service quality.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bac+2 degree in business administration (BTS, DUT, Licence pro).
  • At least two years of experience in administrative management, as a management assistant or office manager.
  • Versatile, organized, and meticulous.
  • Adaptable, service-minded, able to prioritize, and flexible.
  • Proficient in office tools, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experienced in handling confidential data.
