Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a passionate Account Executive to join their team in Leipzig. This role is pivotal in transforming and digitizing the healthcare industry, contributing significantly to Doctolib's growth across Germany. The Account Executive will build strong relationships with clients and drive sales in the field.
Role involves:
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Being responsible for revenue (MRR) and regional growth.
- Independently acquiring new clients and providing consulting to understand their needs.
- Tracking sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales/field sales, ideally in B2B solutions.
- Excellent hunting and pitching skills.
- High energy, enjoyment in sales, and a confident, positive demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken German at C1 level).
- Class B driver's license.
- Experience in the healthcare or e-health sector is a plus.
