Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Grafana IRM squad. This is a remote position for someone in the EST time zone in the US. The Grafana IRM squad is responsible for business-critical services that assist Grafana and other organizations in responding to incidents. The team's mission is to streamline incident detection, response, and learning with minimal effort. The role involves working within frontend, backend, and mobile functional squads, contributing to a large and evolving domain with a focus on unified experience, automation, integration, and observability.Grafana IRM is trusted by major organizations worldwide, monitoring essential medical devices and critical infrastructure. Requirements:

• Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go and Python preferred).
• Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering to product shipping.
• Experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or systems engineering.
• Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software.
