Venn is seeking an energetic and organized Office & Employee Experience Manager to oversee its NYC office operations and lead initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be the heartbeat of the physical workplace, ensuring it runs smoothly while creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about people, and loves to make things happen behind the scenes.Role involves:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the NYC office.
  • Handling relationships with building management and vendors.
  • Tracking and managing office-related budgets and inventory.
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities.
  • Serving as a resource for employees.
  • Partnering with People and IT teams for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Supporting team offsites and visitor coordination.
Requirements:
  • Experience in office management, employee experience, or related roles.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for creating great workplace experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
  • Available to work onsite from the NYC office.
