Associate Producer – Partnerships & Special Projects

Job Description

• Work with internal development teams to track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate project documentation, sprint planning, and resource scheduling.
• Maintain clear communication with artists, developers, designers, and external vendors.
• Facilitate partner meetings, updates, and delivery check-ins for co-developed projects.
• Act as a liaison between the studio and university partners working on gamified learning projects.
• Support onboarding of new academic partners into projects.
• Track partnership KPIs and assist in reporting outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Explore collaboration opportunities between companies, including academic outreach, gamified learning pilots, or event support.
• Participate in cross-functional knowledge-sharing where relevant to partnership objectives.

• 3+ years’ experience in project management, production coordination, or account management.
• 1 year of experience overseeing the production of creative works in the film, video game, or music industries.
• Passion for video games, gaming culture, and interactive media.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating contracts or partnership agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
