Supervisor, Workplace Services

Job Description

GOAT Group is seeking a Workplace Services Supervisor to join their Workplace Services team. The ideal candidate will excel in a startup environment and demonstrate a passion for excellence in making the workplace experience the greatest possible. This role involves managing infrastructure, direct reports, budgets, and projects to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of assigned facilities.

• Managing significant programs, inspections, legal compliance, audits, safety compliance, and vendors.
• Managing a minimum of two direct reports, including Coordinators, Receptionists, Porters, Cleaners, and Baristas.
• Developing and managing an onsite food services program and an in-house janitorial program.
• Managing major projects and cross-functional projects.
• Troubleshooting issues and delegating to minimize workplace impact and costs.
• Managing facility parking logistics.
• Supporting the design, planning, and execution of company-wide and/or location-specific events.
• Reviewing and addressing internal Workplace tickets.
• Managing all incoming/outgoing deliveries.
• Collaborating with People, Legal, and Asset Protection Teams for facility-level compliance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of Workplace experience or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a team environment and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites.
