Job Description
Gusto is seeking a Product Manager for Consumer Money to join their team. This role focuses on crafting financial tools that empower individuals paid through Gusto's platform, offering them greater control and confidence in managing their finances. The Product Manager will play a critical role in enhancing customers' financial lives by making a tangible difference in how people perceive and manage their finances.
Role involves:
- Developing and communicating a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
- Leading initiatives to streamline product development processes and reduce time-to-market.
- Driving user confidence and trust by delivering a stable and seamless product experience.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments including Engineering, Risk, Operations, Legal and Compliance, Finance, and Design.
- Overseeing the integration of new technologies and third-party services to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of direct Product Management experience in Fintech.
- Proven track record in leading product development from conception through to launch.
- Knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and fintech ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial drive and passion for Gusto's mission.
- Strong strategic thinking with a keen analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technical environments and integrate various systems.
