Job Description

Appspace is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical content for the Appspace software, adhering to the in-house documentation style guide. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, product management, engineering, and QA teams to ensure documentation accuracy.

The role involves:

• Writing high-quality technical documentation, including how-to articles, release notes, guides, and troubleshooting articles.
• Producing tutorial videos to complement articles.
• Ensuring content accuracy through editing and proofreading.
• Collaborating with Scrum Masters, Developers, QA engineers, and SMEs.
• Managing documentation tasks and requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/IT/System Administration or related field.
• Ability to understand complex technical information.
• Experience with tools like Google Workspace, WordPress, Camtasia, Confluence Wiki/Jira.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
