Compliance - Head of Compliance (12 month FTC) - Luxembourg

B2C2, a digital asset pioneer, is seeking a Head of Compliance for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based in Luxembourg. This role is crucial for maintaining regulatory compliance within the firm's operations. The Head of Compliance will report to the Group Compliance function and will be responsible for monitoring and testing the Firm’s policies and procedures. This role will also contribute to the success of the wider Group Compliance programme.Responsibilities:

• Preparing materials for key committees and reporting compliance matters.
• Conducting regulatory horizon scanning and contributing to policy development.
• Contributing to the financial crime framework and investigating suspicious transactions.
• Reviewing trade and eComms surveillance alerts.
• Implementing and executing the outsourcing testing and monitoring programme.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of MiCA regulations.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance, with at least 24 months in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Effective communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of DORA and TFR (Desirable).
• Knowledge and insight into CSSF regulatory expectations and priorities (Desirable).
• Fluent English and French speaker (Desirable).
