Job Description
Seesaw, a leading elementary learning experience company, is seeking a Sr. Manager/Director of Demand Generation. This role involves developing and executing demand generation strategies, optimizing the marketing automation lifecycle, and driving a qualified pipeline in collaboration with Sales and Product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities include:
  • Owning and optimizing the full marketing automation lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
  • Building and managing email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Partnering with Sales and Product to drive a qualified pipeline through multichannel demand generation.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign effectiveness and lead performance.
  • Supporting global expansion through scalable campaign strategies and localized execution.
  • Collaborating with content and creative teams to develop marketing automation strategies.
  • Managing and segmenting global contact lists based on regional compliance requirements.

Requirements include:
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing automation, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise with 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Hands-on, self-starter mentality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
