Carbon is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to develop, implement, and manage its compensation and benefits programs. This role involves designing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees, aligning with organizational objectives. The position is based in Redwood City, CA, and offers a hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence three days a week.
The role involves:
  • Developing and executing total rewards strategies.
  • Designing and administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Leading the employee recognition program.
  • Conducting market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Partnering with stakeholders on compensation matters.
  • Leading annual salary review processes and bonus programs.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Analyzing employee data to improve total rewards programs.
  • Providing guidance to managers and employees on compensation issues.
  • Delivering training sessions on total rewards programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • CCP or CBP designation preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
