Product Manager, Payments

The company is seeking a Product Manager to join its ID Rails Payment team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This team is focused on building the infrastructure and ecosystem to connect local and regional businesses with their customers through payment products like the Payment API and Payout API. The Product Manager will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of initiatives to ensure customers derive maximum value from the fintech products.

The ideal candidate will be creative, passionate about solving customer problems, and dedicated to building world-class products for millions of users and businesses in Southeast Asia.

What this role involves:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and product managers to identify and launch growth opportunities.
• Leading the ideation, research, design, development, and launch of customer-centric products.
• Understanding user needs and gathering product requirements.
• Writing and reviewing product specifications.
• Identifying market opportunities and establishing a product vision and strategy.
• Building alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners.
• Developing the product roadmap.
• Documenting user stories and mockups.
• Defining and analyzing metrics for product success.
• Working with developers to design and conduct user acceptance tests.
• Driving product development with engineers and designers.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of product funnels and A/B testing.
• Comfortable whiteboarding new experiences and optimizing existing flows.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to influence people across functions.
• Excellent communication skills.
