Appfire is seeking a talented and experienced Global Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead its worldwide hiring initiatives. This role is a critical member of the global People team and will play a vital part in delivering empathetic, strategic, and knowledgeable partnerships across all regions where Appfire operates.

The Global Manager of Talent Acquisition will oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end hiring process across North America, Europe, and Asia, ensuring that recruiting practices scale with Appfire’s rapid growth and transformation.

Role Involves:

  • Leading the full life cycle recruitment process globally.
  • Developing, mentoring, and managing a distributed team of recruiters.
  • Partnering with the global People team and business leaders to craft effective, localized recruitment strategies.
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
  • Managing a network of recruiting vendors internationally.
  • Designing and implementing scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Modernizing and streamlining the recruiting process.
  • Delivering talent insights and market research.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing geographically distributed recruitment teams.
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Proven change management experience.
  • A demonstrated commitment to building high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
  • Comfort recruiting across multiple talent markets.
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
