Ouihelp, a growing startup in home care services, is looking for dedicated Aides à domicile (H/F) in Villejuif. The role involves providing essential care and companionship to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life. The position is offered as a permanent contract (CDI), with both part-time and full-time options available.Ouihelp emphasizes a supportive environment, ensuring that the schedules are tailored to fit the caregiver's availability. They aim to create stable weekly plans, prioritize missions lasting at least one hour to minimize travel, and foster strong relationships between caregivers, beneficiaries, and their families.Ouihelp also provides personalized onboarding, a dedicated contact for questions, and innovative digital tools to simplify daily tasks and administrative procedures. The Role Involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily essential tasks
• Ensuring the well-being of elderly clients

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance is required.
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience coupled with Ouihelp's internal paid training during onboarding will be considered.
