Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking an Aide à domicile (H/F) in CDI mandataire, part-time or full-time, in Fontenay-Sous-Bois. The role involves providing care and support to elderly individuals, ensuring their well-being and comfort in their own homes. Ouihelp emphasizes adapting missions to the employee's daily life, offering a stable schedule from week to week, filled to the number of hours/days desired, and does not include assignments less than one hour in order to optimize movements and allow you to forge a strong bond with your beneficiaries and their families.
The aim of the role is to improve the quality of life for elderly clients by assisting with daily tasks and providing companionship.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers.
- Performing light housekeeping duties.
- A diploma or 3 years minimum experience in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our paid internal training upon your arrival)
