Club Monaco is seeking a Store Manager in Natick, MA. The Store Manager will contribute to the company's financial growth by ensuring customer service and visual standards exceed expectations, maintaining operational integrity, and developing talent. This role is responsible for the overall results of the store location.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver performance feedback and training to store staff.
  • Foster a positive team environment.
  • Drive employee engagement.
  • Provide customer experience insights.
  • Ensure customer service levels are exceeded.
  • Motivate and coach the store team to achieve sales goals.
  • Build repeat business through client program strategies.
  • Ensure customer service and product knowledge training.

  • Coach and mentor staff for succession planning.
  • Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards.
  • Train and support the team in store flips and merchandising.
  • Achieve or exceed financial plans.
  • Manage sales and wage budgets.
  • Maximize on-hand inventory.
  • Train staff in inventory management.
  • Ensure operational integrity and asset protection.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of store management experience.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
