Moloco is seeking a Contract Recruiter to focus on Sales & Marketing (S&M) and General & Administrative (G&A) hiring. This role is crucial for scaling high-impact teams that directly influence Moloco’s growth and operational excellence. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent to meet ambitious hiring goals and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.Moloco is a machine learning company empowering organizations to grow and unlock the value of their first-party data. • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and diverse talent.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements and Moloco’s values.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Maintain data hygiene in the ATS (Greenhouse) and report on recruiting KPIs.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Finance on offer approvals and onboarding readiness.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable recruiting practices.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success hiring for Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions in fast-paced companies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Google Workspace.
• Consultative approach and experience guiding hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of compensation frameworks and equity.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable with high hiring volumes and aggressive timelines.
• Metrics-driven and able to interpret recruiting data.
• Thrives in a collaborative, high-trust environment.
