Technical Lead Manager, Moloco Ads Data

Moloco is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to lead and grow a data infrastructure engineering team. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data processing and batch systems to support the data needs of a growing organization. • Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for several key functions related to large scale data processing and ads batch processing.
• Support data needs of internal and external customers of a growing organization.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and distributed systems.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Set clear goals, and drive performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Data Science and ML engineering teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of industry experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• 2+ years of management experience leading and managing high performing engineering organizations.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience in AdTech
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
