Ouihelp emphasizes creating a supportive environment for its caregivers. They ensure that assignments are tailored to fit the caregiver's daily schedule, offering a stable weekly plan with no assignments shorter than one hour. This approach allows caregivers to build strong relationships with clients and their families.Responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with daily essential tasks
- A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal paid training).
