Butternut Box is seeking a Site Services Lead to join their team in Zabrze. The ideal candidate will be proactive and ready to advance their career in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on the business. This role involves plant engineering activities, supervising external technical service providers, and managing related contracts for utilities and property maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The Site Services Lead will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with stakeholders in Poland and the UK.Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing contracts with external technical service providers.
• Maintaining relationships with the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
• Managing and updating all technical documentation related to managed services and installations.
• Analysing utility consumption and monitoring trends to support cost optimization and sustainability.
• Providing support to the plant Maintenance team regarding external contractor services.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing utilities contracts in a manufacturing company.
• Very good knowledge of applicable Polish engineering/technical standards in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and experienced in managing information.
• Higher technical education degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred).
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.
