Job Description

They are seeking a Test Technician I to join their team in Mossville, Illinois. This role involves installing and testing units or systems, collecting data, and collaborating with engineering personnel to resolve issues and improve processes.
The role involves:
- Installing units or systems for testing.
- Setting up tested products and collecting data.
- Collaborating with engineers to resolve fabrication problems.
- Examining parts for conformance using precision measuring instruments.
- Monitoring controls and instruments and recording test data.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical knowledge or knowledge of internal combustion engines.
- Ability to operate PC or PDP11 controlled equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Associates degree with a Technical focus or 18 months of related experience in general industry.
