Xometry is seeking a Production Order Administrator to join their Operations team. This role focuses on managing production orders through Xometry's manufacturing partner network and resolving any issues that arise during the production process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order execution and maintain strong relationships with both customers and manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
Selecting suitable contractors from the production partners database.
Supporting the manufacturing process by controlling dates, dispatch, and organizing delivery and quality control.
Tracking payments and working with customers.
Solving problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and French (B2 or higher).
At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
Readiness to solve problems and work overtime when needed.
Stable internet access and ability to participate in conference calls.
