West Coast Fundraising Lead

Job Description

One Acre Fund is seeking a West Coast Fundraising Lead to expand its Business Development team. Reporting to the President, the Fundraising Lead will focus on cultivating and converting new donor relationships on the West Coast of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving significant annual fundraising results and a strong network of potential donors.This role involves:

• Building a pipeline of high-net-worth individual and institutional donor gifts.
• Stewarding high-value relationships to encourage renewal and increased giving.
• Collaborating on the development of the US West Coast Fundraising Strategy.
• Serving as a spokesperson for One Acre Fund at events and conferences.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Consistent annual fundraising results of 7-8 figures.
• Experience managing all fundraising stages.
• Existing networks in the West Coast philanthropic community.
• Ability to travel up to 40-60 nights per year.
• Commitment to rural communities.
