Job Description

Jonsson Workwear is seeking a Store Leader for their Cape Town location. The Store Leader will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store and ensuring a brilliant customer experience. They will support the team in maintaining an efficient store.

The Store Leader role requires a results-driven individual with experience in supporting a team across a range of roles, someone who takes initiative and is comfortable delegating and driving accountability.

Role Involves:

• Overseeing the daily operations of Jonsson Workwear Cape Town.
• Supporting, inspiring, and guiding a motivated team.
• Communicating effectively with the Business Leader, team, and customers.

Requirements:
