Roadie, a UPS company, is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning materials for its Customer Experience team. This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality training programs. The Instructional Designer will play a crucial role in empowering Roadie's remote workforce to succeed.Roadie is a leading logistics and delivery platform that helps businesses tackle the complexities of modern retail with unmatched delivery coverage, flexibility and visibility. • Collaborating with CX stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives.
• Designing and developing instructional materials, including digital learning resources, presentations, and videos.
• Creating interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Conducting learning evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
• Continuously improving instructional materials based on feedback and data analysis.
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design.

What candidate should bring:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field
• 3+ years in instructional design and e-learning development
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Reach preferred
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
