Job Description
West Cancer Center is seeking a Site Manager for its Desoto location. The Site Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight of non-clinical operations, including Front Desk and Scheduling, in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams. This role ensures efficient workflow, seamless patient throughput, and an outstanding patient experience. The Site Manager serves as a key liaison between the Desoto site and main office operations, with a focus on customer service, staff performance, and operational excellence.

The role involves:
  • Managing Front Desk and Scheduling staff daily.
  • Coordinating workflow throughout the front desk.
  • Serving as a liaison between the Desoto site and main office.
  • Promoting and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
  • Following up promptly on complaints and patient feedback.
  • Ensuring quality and HIPAA-compliant documentation and communications.
  • Reviewing registration documentation for accuracy.
  • Generating operational reports and assisting in training and education processes.
  • Supervising staff productivity and performance.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Operations to address staffing or performance concerns.
  • Interacting with internal teams including Physicians, Senior Leadership, and IT/EMR staff.
  • Engaging with external vendors as needed.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in management (required).
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a physician/clinic setting OR 5–7 years of relevant experience in a clinical environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success implementing new operational processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
